Mipela Support teams hints and tips for your X-Info Suite

Having trouble with some of our X-Info software? Here’s a couple of troubleshooting ideas that might help:

  • Use Internet Explorer for best results
  • Check that you are using the correct URL

  • Check your server, port and user logon details are correct
  • If you have new hardware (laptop, desktop, device) ensure you have installed the X-Info products correctly, and that you are accessing the correct URLs, servers, ports, shortcuts, etc.

  • Use Chrome for best results
  • Check that you are using the correct URL.

  • Check you are using the latest operating system version for your device
  • Check you have the latest version of X-Info Aware installed.  This ensures you have access to all the latest features and bug fixes.
  • Check that you are using the correct URL
  • Use the Report Issue function with the app.
