We kicked things off with Chris from Bulletproof Performance, who delivered a powerful follow-on session from last year’s “Building Strong Relationships that Last.” His evidence informed workshop focused on strengthening our ability to give clear, confident, and psychologically safe feedback – a skillset that matters now more than ever across our diverse teams.

We also welcomed Michael Short, who talked through Change Management, marking almost a year since our upgrade to the new change process. The conversation highlighted just how much progress has been made and where ongoing focus will help embed change more smoothly and consistently.
